It has been lovingly remodeled in a historically authentic style and maintained from the 1920s through the current day, with a major remodel in 2002 which included a 2.5 car garage with loft, a cobbled paver driveway. Subsequently, landscaping and a small pond have been added, as well as a flagstone patio in the rear of the house.
