Our beautiful house is right across from the Covered Arena off of Hwy 190. 7 miles from Deridder downtown area where you can do some unique shopping with our wonderful boutiques for instance: Dear Me, Anique shops,lovely wonderful Cajun food like Cecil's, and our wonderful fresh farmers market. There is one carport, two car garage, private water well with own building covering it. A 30 x 40 fenced in yard area negotiable for pets. Three full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one linen closet, air conditioner closet in the hallway with room for hang up clothes, washer and dryer room by the door to carport. Will need to bring your own washer and dryer. A nice sized living room area with fireplace, 2nd living room or office area where front door to house is with private small porch with bird bath and red roses looking towards the covered arena. A dining room with china cabinet and breakfast bar, kitchen with refrigerator, top stove, oven and Kichen Bar with two bar stools and deep stand up freezer in Garage. There's a utility room with the breaker box as you come in the carport area on the right hand side by itself. There's a fireplace that's only been used a couple of times in 45 years. It's great for them cold winter nights and in the fall on a nice cold evening sipping a cappuccino or coffee, if you may like.. There is covered awning with concrete walkway from the carport to the garage side door. A metal covered area with concrete slab in the backyard which is 12 by 18 for all your outside lawn and garden equipment and tools. A 20 x 24 sunroom with two skylights and two ceiling fans with all around windows with a private outside doorway to the backyard patio area.
