The house is within walking distance to Lemeirt Park and the new Crenshaw/LAX train line; a 15 minute bike ride from the new SoFi stadium; and a 12 minute car ride to the 110, 405 and 10 freeways. We can deliver the place furnished or unfurnished. If furnished, then monthly lease rate to increase. Owner pays ADT security cost. Renter is responsible for all landscaping, utilities, including gas, water, sewage, electricity. The application process requires four (4) current pay-stubs and ID.
