My name is Stef. Me and my 3 other room mates are looking for a 5th person to fill our vacant room in our 4 bedroom house located in Birdrock La Jolla (North PB area). Blocks away from the beach and just a mile from downtown PB. We are a house of 4 GAY men (all in our twenties), so know that going in. We are all very friendly and respectful, so please be the same. Your room is located downstairs along with the master bedroom. You would be sharing the downstairs bathroom with one other person. House Stats:-2 story house, 4 bedroom-2bathroom-Water, TV/wireless internet included in rent-Only need to pay SDG&E (usually $40/month)-6 month lease ONLY starting November 1st-washer/dryer included-No dish washer (we hand wash our dishes)-House comes furnished, stocked with dishes and appliances-We have a piano too!Room Stats:-Tile flooring-two closets (plenty of space)-Also share a walk in closet with the master bedroom-Backyard access through sliding glass doors
