It is a beautiful studio (efficiency) apartment with awesome quiet and friendly neighborhood. Off street parking is available all the time. It has one bathroom, three closets, well furnished, and coin system laundry facility. There are also two beds available in the room which could be used in different purposes. It's a no smoking and no pet apartment; sorry!! The apartment is located in Howell Ave, Cincinnati. All the banks, CVS pharmacy, United Dairy, gas stations and other shops, bar, Movie Theater, and restaurants are located just nearby walking distance. Back door of the apartment leads to UC shuttle and it take 12 min to reach University of Cincinnati by walking.
