Security Deposit Upon execution of this Lease, Tenant shall pay a security deposit equal to one and one-half (1.5) months' rent, totaling Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00). The security deposit will be held by Landlord in accordance with applicable state law and may be applied toward unpaid rent, damages beyond normal wear and tear, or other amounts owed by Tenant at the end of the tenancy. Late Fees If rent is not received by the fifth (5th) day of the month, Tenant shall pay a late fee of $50.00, plus $10.00 per day thereafter until rent is paid in full.
