We have a spacious room available in our wonderful group house in Park View available for move-in now! Rent is $1099 per month plus utilities. Overall, we are looking for a considerate, clean, laid back roommate who will appreciate the house as much as we do! Please message me if you're interested so that we can set up a time for a tour over FaceTime/Zoom. The House: The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a front porch and large backyard. It is very spacious All four of the tenants share the first floor (kitchen, living room, dining room) and the outdoor areas. The kitchen is updated and has plenty of counter space and a dishwasher - we keep our shared spaces very clean. Sadly, pets are not allowed. The Neighborhood: The house is in a great central location in Park View. We are just a 5 minute walk to the Petworth metro and about a 10 minute walk to the Columbia Heights metro. We're also a short walk to CVS, Safeway, Giant, Target, as well as lots of great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops! Tenants pay utilities on a sharing basis
