    This large one-bedroom apartment has been a wonderful place for me as I work on University Ave in St Paul and its less than ten-minutes to either downtown St Paul or Minneapolis. Unfortunately I need to deal with family issues which requires me to travel out of state and deal with another residence in Eden Prairie. I'm looking for someone willing to go thru the approval process and take over my lease November 1st. Renewal would be May of 2018. After approval you will only need to pay the rent as I am leaving the deposit as a convenience for the next resident. This is the perfect location for a couple, small family or students. There is an outdoor pool for summer soaking and an indoor poor and hot-tub in the office/fitness center which also has really nice locker rooms with showers. Each apartment has it's own outdoor balcony. The management has been great and very attentive to any concerns I have had. Feel free to email me with any questions or to set up a viewing. This is a non-smoking community. Cats okay. You will need to go thru the application process. -Michael
