All carts and equipment left can be purchased thru private treaty direct from owner at closing of contract. Currently using clubhouse as living quarters also. Owners have closed the course and taxes are figured on residential and ag use. If buyer wants to open course they would have to rezone back to commercial property. 2019 taxes per county estimate will be around $1800 since it is no longer commercial.
