-My wife and I recently moved out of this Condo because we had a kid. It was really amazing to live in Ballard with everything we need being so close and walkable. The Sunday Market is also the best in Seattle (in our opinion). -The building managers are friendly and nice, and the concierge service is always a plus. Because it is a Condo building, it has a lot of good amenities that you won't typically find in an apartment complex. You can search for more photos of these areas online thru other sites :). -The walls have AMAZING soundproofing. I never heard any of my neighbors. -Lots of transit options as well - The D-Line is about a 5-7 min. walk away and will take you straight downtown. Excellent for going to Seahawks, Sounders, Kraken or Mariners games (just leave early to beat the rush!) -Lots of amazing small and local boutique stores. -Good restaurants, bars, and amazing nightlife. -1 Year lease, but preferably looking for a long term renter(s). No extra charge for additional person. -Utilities: Electricity - You will need to sign up with SPU. -Utilities: Water/Sewer - You will need to sign up with YesEnergyManagement. -Utilities: Garbage - This is included in the rent. -First Months rent and Last Months rent required. If you need to pay the Last Months rent in installments, we can negotiate this. -Screening required, and will be paid by prospective tenant. Reusable tenant screening may be acceptable depending on review. -Pet fee is a flat rate, as long as you don't have 10 dogs or something! I'm a dog owner and I don't mind a couple animals in there, as long as it's not a farm :)
