The home rests on just under an acre so good pets / chickens are allowed. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and may require an additional deposit. Home just had a complete interior remodel including new vinyl plank flooring, new carpeting, new one touch blinds, updated LED lighting and landscaping. Rent is $1950.00 per month with first, last and security totaling $5850.00 to move in. The interior has been thoroughly and professionally cleaned after the remodel. There is no application fee. (Those fees are rip-offs, in my opinion.) DO NOT PROVIDE your social security number yet. We will get to that later. The time and date I receive your application is what I use to determine who is next in line for the application process. Thank you. Renter pays Electric - (avg. $185 @ month - Clay Electric) and Water (avg. $80.00 @ month - St. John's River Utility, Inc.) Renter responsible for yard upkeep. NO SMOKING INSIDE. Outside only.
