We charge for early check-ins depending on your preferred time of arrival. Please READ the street signs to know when street cleaning days are because hosts are NOT responsible for guests' parking tickets. **Maintenance Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits on weekdays to perform tasks such as "taking out the trash", "watering the grass", etc. $550 one time deep cleaning fee $250 per pet fee $50 pet monthly rent fee per pet. we require 1 month deposit + credit check.
