Our favorite part about the condo is how close it is to the beach (5 minute walk from 6th street) and a few more minutes to downtown. The unit also has a lot of square footage (+1,300) for the beach side of Carpinteria. The photos show here are from 2013 and the condo has been very well maintained, so they are accurate. The windows have been upgraded to double pane and we have installed a larger fridge. Carpets replaced and popcorn ceiling removed 2 years ago. Shared laundry is quarter fed and onsite. 1 year lease that defaults to month to month. Electricity and Internet are tenants responsibility. Water, trash and recycles are covered by the owner. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the back patio to HOA rules and regulations. No smoking in the condo or on the premises per HOA rules.
