Cute and light 2 Bed (1 of two bungalows on the property) is setup for working professionals or families. The apartment is fully furnished with beds, sofas, tv, desk, dining furniture, etc. Can also be rented unfurnished (please inquire). Laundry is included on the property (shared with the other unit). Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis (as they have to get along with our dogs or be kept separate in the front yard (gated/enclosed). We love living here and are looking for nice neighbors who want to enjoy our neighborhood as much as we do! Well be improving the back yard over time and will always be nearby for help and support! All utilities and WiFi are included. There is no smoking. 1 parking spot in the drivewat available + free and ample on street parking available directly in front of our home. We simply ask you to keep the gates closed for dogs at all times! Terms are for 12 months, 6 and 3 months available (please inquire).
