Offered as a fully furnished winter rental, it is a quiet, comfortable place to spend the off-season on the coast, with off-street paver parking right at the steps and a wide covered deck across the front of the house. The layout is open and bright. The living room has a knotty pine ceiling, ceiling fan, a mini-split for heat and air conditioning, a Rinnai heater, a wall-mounted smart TV, and a queen sleep sofa, with a slider out to the front porch. It opens through a pass-through into the kitchen and dining area, so the main living space stays connected. The kitchen is fully equipped with white shaker cabinets, subway tile backsplash, and stainless appliances including a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. A dual-brew coffee maker handles K-cups or ground coffee, and a stacked washer and dryer is right in the kitchen, so there is no trip to a laundromat all winter. The dining table seats six. The primary bedroom has a king bed, two nightstands, a tall dresser, a wall-mounted TV, a closet, a ceiling fan, and its own mini-split. The second bedroom sleeps three, with a twin-over-twin bunk and an additional twin bed off to the side, plus a dresser, TV, mini-split, and closet storage. The full bathroom has a tub and shower combination. Heat comes from mini-split units in the main rooms plus a propane Rinnai heater and baseboard, so the cottage stays warm and each room can be set independently. WiFi is included, and the smart TVs are set up for streaming.
