This Master Bedroom is 11.5' by 12', upstairs, south facing, double sinks, double closets, with its own attached private bathroom. This room is carpeted and receives excellent natural light all day long. Rent is $1465/mo + split utilities (without a spot in the garage) Rent is $1530/mo + split utilities (including a spot in the garage) (Couples: add $120/mo) I also might be filling another standard sized bedroom. No parking space in the garage, but there is visitor parking on site, and ample street parking just outside of the gates (where I parked for years). Rent is $1200/mo + split utilities. I have spare beds, folding chairs, small tables/desks, a lamp, and a few other small furnishings, should you the room to be partially furnished. The rest of the townhouse is pretty well situated. Nothing makes me happier than a warm day of beach volleyball & swimming at South Mission with an ice chest full of watermelon. I value living as healthfully as I can while prioritizing growing my business, and sharing quality time with my girlfriend and the community of friends I've built. For work, I host corporate team building and conferences around San Diego. I also host some fun dance line dance events weekly. Occasionally I host virtual team building events from home on zoom for corporations like Qualcomm, Facebook, Aya, et al. The other bedroom upstairs is taken by a mid 20s female professional engineer. She is kind, fun, and considerate. ABOUT YOU: Looking for someone responsible and kind, who is respectful of roommates & the property and who cleans up after themselves.
