Your personal space includes: *Living Area: Relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the 65-inch Smart TV. *Sleeping Nook: A cozy area featuring a comfortable queen-size bed for a restful night's sleep and large under the bed storage drawers. *Dedicated Workspace: A quiet corner with a desk and printer, perfect for remote work. *Kitchenette: Equipped with large capacity compact refrigerator, microwave, and a well-stocked coffee and tea bar, dinnerware and a dining table. *Fitness Corner: A small exercise nook with an exercise bench and resistance bands. *Private Bathroom: A well-stocked 3/4 bathroom exclusively for your use, located just up a few stairs off a short, low-traffic hallway on the lower level near the laundry room. *Walk-in Closet: A spacious closet with plenty of storage for your belongings. **Arrival/Access** Guests' park in a dedicated asphalt driveway space and typically enter through the garage. In addition, you are welcome to use the following shared spaces within our home: *Main-Level Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher and small kitchen appliances. -The kitchen is shared, but tenants have their own designated cookware, utensils, dish towels, sponge, and cabinet storage so you're never guessing what to use. *Laundry Room: Located on the lower level with a washer and dryer available for your use. *Backyard: A private backyard with a covered patio and dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors.
