A great deck, HOT TUB and is at the end of a cul-du-sac which is a dead end off a dead end! Surrounded by Established trees, Fantastic views, Backs up to High Chaparral Green Space. Newly remodeled kitchen with Dishwasher and New Gas Stove, open design. Includes 3 refrigerators/freezers, 2 BBQ Grills (1 is a pellet smoker), Washer & Dryer and Hot Tub. I'm a single guy, the owner and I live in the home with my renters. All utilities are included including FAST Internet and cable by Xfinity/Comcast. Full Bath upstairs (which is yours but can also used by house visitors) - The other downstairs renter has a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have deadbolt locks. No Pets - sorry! There are 2 guys here now but ladies or gentlemen are invited to rent. NO SMOKING in or around the house. I suggest you have a working car/truck as the closest bus stop is a 30 min. walk from the home. My lease agmt. has a 30-day trial period for any new renter. There is a 30-day trial period included in the lease; if we don't get along, 30 days is usually enough to know, and you can leave without penalty. No smoking on the property. 6-month minimum lease.
