It's a beautiful apt, hardwood floors, 8min from the airport, own entrance, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, central air, and patio. $1,199 is the base rent, then $25 for trash and about $20-$30 for water and pest control each month. Electric is separate and that ranges from $20-$40 a month. You have your own parking space, and there are 2 pools in the community, 2 work out facilities and its a gated community. Very quit, and safe. I am being relocated for work out of state and wish I could bring this apt with me. Its been amazing! The staff are so caring and responsive, every maintenance issue I've had it taken care of in 48hrs. Cats and Dogs are ok. Must be able to pass a background check, criminal - you know the regular when you lease. The security deposit is $100, and there is an application fee of $99 and I will pay the lease transfer fee once approved. 4 month lease, able to renew, month to month or 1yr.
