Large one bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Evanston. 10 minute walk and you're at some cool restaurants/bars in Rogers Park. 10 minute walk from South purple line stop. Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Evanston. I can be flexible with move-in date if you want to move in late May rather than June 1. You would be taking over my lease on June 1 (The lease ends on July 31), and you would then have the option to renew the lease for another year. We are open to including some furniture such as a desk and dressers. Street parking is super easy to find - I've never had to walk more than a a block even late at night. Coin operated W/D on the premises. Small backporch area. Pets allowed.
