RESIDENT QUALIFICATION STANDARDS AND UTILITY RESPONSIBILITIES Utility Responsibilities The Resident shall be solely responsible for the payment of all electricity, gas, water, and trash removal services associated with the Property for the duration of the tenancy. Qualification Standards All applicants must satisfy the minimum screening standards set forth below.
