My wife and I moved to AZ and signed a lease through December. We found our forever home earlier than expected. We are looking for someone to take over our lease for October and/or November. The house is located in a quiet, gated community, is fully furnished, is pet-friendly, with utilities included, and full access to pool and gym!! The landlord is super nice and only asks guests to be 55+ and non-smokers. Utilities included!!
