It is in a quiet family neighborhood. We have done a lot of upgrades since we bought. We remodeled the kitchen with New Porcelain sink, new fixtures, updated Corian counter tops, and refacing of all the cabinets and added more for storage. The hall bathroom was redone with new tub, surround tiles, new ammenities, flooring tiles. The best is the custom back yard. We have upgraded pavers with a fire pit and wall for extra seating. That leads to a water fall and Koi fish pond. It's fenced in nice size yard. Good school district and close to the different schools in the area. Close to shopping and entertainment.
