You also have access to a front porch, large shared backyard, and basement (complete with washer/dryer). There is driveway space that can fit 2 cars comfortably. The house is in an ideal location with a 7 minute walk from downtown, a 10-15 minute walk to Central Campus, and an 11 minute walk to Michigan Stadium. Rent is $1500 a month, which includes electricity, garbage removal, snow removal, and heat (even throughout the winter). Tenant pays for internet/cable. We are looking for someone to take over our lease starting 1/2/2019 through the end of the lease 7/31/2019. The apartment is currently available for the next lease year as well (Aug 2019 to July 2020) if desired.
