A great tenant is someone who has verifiable income and timely rent payment history, is a non-smoker, and who'll be compatible with the six other residents at this small community of cottages located at 549 W. Wickenburg Way. Apologies, but our community does not offer a pet-friendly environment, so pets aren't accepted. Qualifications to rent: Please apply using the online feature. This will provide us with a completed application, supporting documentation of your rental history and employment history, a credit report and a background report.
