We posted some pictures, and we will post more very soon. The Garage is a two stall garage, and one side has been converted to an office/workshop/fitness room that is finished with carpet, windows, trim, painted, heated/cooled, etc. You could also use it for guest overflow. Or if you would like the office/shop/fitness room removed then that could be an option. There is a nice sized backyard and only a few steps to get down to the water. Do you like how the house is decorated? Would you like the buy it furnished? We are open to that possibility but would need to increase the price appropriately.
