The apartment is located in a safe and new neighborhood that is conveniently located to everything (10 min drive) including grocery stores (costco, safeway, walmart etc), hospitals and olympia downtown area. Rent is 2525 per month with some fees but can be negotiable. You also save on deposit of $600. Our security deposit of $600 will be yours upon the end of the lease term on 6/14/2025. You have the option of continuing lease in 6/2025. Tenants of the apartment complex have access to gym/hottub/coffee machine. Swimming pool is open in the summer.
