    Three bedroom home in small community of Sogn. Large eat-in kitchen, very large living room, the bedrooms are all large, 2 plus car garage with room for workbench, etc., 2nd story attic over the garage for storage, new cement in garage, parking area . Quiet community, 15 minutes to Northfield, 1/2 hour to Rochester, 1/2 hour to southern metro, 10 minutes to Cannon Falls and 1/2 hour to Red Wing. Good central location. Propane and central air with air exchange heat pump so cheaper heat in the winter. By Little Cannon River for fishing and playing in the water. Has been a solid rental with good rental history. Great renters now, consistent income. Time for us to downsize and slow down a bit. No basement, does have crawl space. Cheap to heat, has cement walls, built with solid rough cut lumber when it was built. Portions of fence can be seen in photos. That fence has since been removed, however new enclosed patio area added by east door. New siding, roof, cement approximately 5 years ago, all works done by the Amish. New windows throughout as well. Invested approximately $25,000 at that time. Since it is occupied by the greatest renters ever we would need to give notice for a showing. Contact for info and more photos
