With its prime location just four homes down from the newly built community pool, comfortable accommodations, and endless activities, this beachfront retreat is sure to become your new favorite destination. The house is on stilts with no elevator, and bedrooms are located on the second floor. Casa Bonita has everything you need to unwind and enjoy quality time with your family and friends. The open living space is perfect for socializing and making memories, with comfortable seating and large windows that take full advantage of those stunning ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic essential needs, including a standard coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, and a blender. Flat-screen TVs and a washer and dryer are available in the unit. Casa Bonita is pet-friendly starting after Labor Day until Memorial Weekend, with a fee of $125 per pet. Parking is available for two to three standard vehicles, but due to minimal parking, there are no trailers of any kind allowed in the neighborhood. The balcony with chairs, BBQ grill, and outdoor ground-level rinse shower add to the convenience. This home is located in a developing community, so there is some construction going on around. Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit towards beach gear rentals during their stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest. A small delivery fee may apply. Check-in time is approximate, with housekeeping and maintenance making all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee. A starter set for guests includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for one night, and we will not resupply the home. Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas, and we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. Cable Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience, but Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable Wi-Fi or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance. Remember that you are on an island, and mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month. Wi-Fi is not compatible with guests working remotely during their stay, and we do not guarantee a good connection due to spotty internet on the island.
