This is a private room in our house in west Eugene. We are looking to rent out ONE of the rooms. 11x13 are the dimensions. It is $600 monthly flat rate with a $400 deposit at lease signing and first months rent at move in. No additional charges for utilities or WiFi. That is all included in the $600. You will have full access to the main bathroom that I will not be using as I have my own in my bedroom, but it is the main bathroom that guests use so it needs to be kept clean and maintained at all times. You will be able to use the kitchen for your regular cooking/kitchen needs and have a dedicated cabinet for yourself with full access to using the fridge and freezer as well. We do spend the majority of my time in the living room so it won't be super free for your use, but feel free to hang out with us while we are out there. The garage will not have any room for storage as we have added a garage bar out there so that won't be available. Driveway and street for parking. $600 monthly flat rate includes utilities and WiFi $400 security deposit. No smoking allowed inside. Bathroom is to be kept clean and tidy at all times as it is main bathroom for all guests as well. One driveway parking spot available and on street parking. Month to month lease or optional term lease if desired
