Location, Location, Location. This lovely, clean and well maintained home is located close to the beach, groceries, BYU-Hawaii, the Polynesian Cultural Center and the seven mile miracle surf stretch. This is the downstairs unit. It is a shared living space with 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom. Six single female college aged students share the space. We often host BYU-Hawaii college students and/or online students moving to Hawaii to study/work remotely. Duration: Usually, six months. There is a house rule list that will need to be signed in addition to the contract.
