Great third floor apartment with high level ceilings. The apartment includes all utilities except for electricity which averages around 80 dollars a month. The apartment also comes with basic CABLE ( including HBO) and INTERNET thats all included in the rent! The community is wonderful and has a fitness center, sauna, and a really great pool! This is one of the only apartments in Charlottesville that allows for you to have animals. They even just put a fenced in off leash dog park! This apartment would be great for families with three bedrooms and two full baths. For those that need daycare there is a daycare located in the middle of the apartment community. We are looking for someone to take over the last two months of our lease so anyone that can take over our lease by January 1 I will give a $300 dollars in cash. Only after they have finished taking over the lease and done everything asked by the landlord.
