This is a great studio in a well managed building. The layout has an open kitchen area with breakfast bar/recessed lighting looking out into the sunken main living area. In 2006 when I bought it I added new kitchen appliances-fridge and oven. I stripped the hardwood floors, repainted, updated the bathroom with a new sink vanity, mirror vanity/towel bar from pottery barn and last year got new insulated windows. We have a doorman every night from 6pm-midnight and a live in super. The building is pet friendly and has storage, a bike room, central laundry and a private courtyard out back.
