Hiking/biking trail right out the backyard. Back deck has a grill and seating. Only a few miles to Beaver Creek and Vail. No drugs, partying, smoking of any kind and no pets please. OPTION 1: Renting lower level bedroom: $2,000/mon. for 1 person. 2 people: $3,900/mon. Option 2: Rent lower level 2BD/1 BA: $4,000/mon. for 1 person in each bedroom.
