WE THEN CONTACTED AUTHORITIES BUT WE WHERE TOLD THAT IN THE STATE OF NY COPS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GET IN THE MIDDLE OF HOUSING SITUATIONS. SO BASICALLY WE HAVE TO TAKE THESE STRANGERS TO COURT FOR A HOUSE THAT MY MOTHER OWN. THE PROBLEM WITH THIS IS MY MOTHER LIVES IN PENNSYLVANIA AND WE HAVE NO TIME OR MONEY TO FUND THE COURT PROCESS. TAKING THE TENANTS TO COURT REQUIRE RETAINING A LAWYER WHICH IS EXPENSIVE. WE ARE STILL PAYING TAXES ON THIS HOME AND WE JUST DO NOT HAVE THE RESOURCES TO ACTUALLY TAKE THIS SITUATION ON. SO WE HAVE DECIDED TO SELL IT. THE ASKING PRICE 110K BECAUSE WE ARE LOOKING FOR A QUICK AND EASY SALE. THE BUYER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO A INSPECTION OR GET A APPRAISAL DONE ON THE PROPERTY BEFORE BUYING DUE TO THE SQUATTERS WE HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE HOME AT THIS TIME.
