The unit features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom that have all been recently renovated. There are washer/dryer hookups in the basement. The owner pays for water/sewer. Tenant is responsible for snow removal/trash/electric/gas. Mandatory credit and background check, no previous evictions, good references. Require 3 times the monthly rent in income. Credit Score of 550 or higher is required. If credit is between 550 & less than 650, will require a higher deposit and cosigner. Cosigner must have a credit score of 700+. Only one pet allowed.
