A fixer upper! A two story home, comes with a place to park at least 2 vehicles! We also have a shed that was here when we bought it. We don’t have the time to be able to fix everything that needs fixed due to us having kids. We would just like enough to pay off our loan on the house! The roof is fine, we have an attic, the stairs are a little flimsy from being so old. We replaced pipes to the hot water heater, got a new faucet for the upstairs bathroom, and fully replaced the sink in the upstairs bathroom. Come with a chimney that I’m sure can still be used, and a nice roomy den. Flooring was originally carpet, now it is hard wood. The kitchen/downstairs bathroom was an add on (we aren’t sure from when) but we’ve been told at least 10 years ago. We are willing to part with the fridge, stove, dishwasher, and some other things to help with the price of the home. I will post photos when I have the time to take some!
