The unit a stone's throw from Trader Joe and Safeway and sits in a quiet side street. There is one designated private garage parking space. The unit is available full furnished for minimum one month rental or unfurnished for minumum one year lease. Common roof top deck with magnificent views of the city. Nice amenities such as a garbage chute, dishwasher, and large floor to ceiling windows. Newer construction, built in 1981. Includes water and sewer. Renters are responsible for gas and electric. Cats allowed. The rent includes the use of all furniture and appliances. My preference is someone keeps most of the furniture already in the unit but open to remove specific furniture as needed.
