It is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with washer and dryer and two parking spots included. Rent will include utilities (water, electricity, garbage & internet). There will be 2 parking spaces available in the driveway. House comes with heating and AC. There isn't much of a living room just a large/spacious hallway. There is also no access to the backyard.
