Welcome to our place! Your unit is one of three units on our property. As a family-owned place, we take pride in ensuring our tenants feel comfortable and safe. We believe in this so much that we currently have family that lives there. On the weekends, we always make sure everything is working and the property looks clean. We truly treat this property as our own home. In regards to your unit, you have all the necessary amenities to be comfortable. You have a dryer & washer in the unit, fast-speed internet, standard cable, a private parking place, heater, and dishwasher. These are included in your rent along with water and garbage. We do allow pets in the unit, but you will be charged $100 more monthly on your rent per pet and we will need $1000 more on your deposit. Rent will include everything exept electricity & gas. You will only have one parking space. We will have a courtesy space in case of any guests, but guests must be present to move their car at a moment's notice in case we need that parking space. If you have any pets, you are responsible for any damages caused by your pet. Again, you will be charged $100 more on rent for each pet you have and will be charged an extra $1000 for your deposit. We will maintain and replace anything that breaks down to a certain point. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
