Trying to find someone to find someone to take over the lease. Very nice apartment. It is clean and everything is renovated. Hardwood in the living room, carpets in the rooms. Really nice pool and there are barbecues around also. The office sometimes holds little things such as pizza parties, pool parties etc. overall very nice place. Personal reasons why we have to move but overall this apartment is in really good shape. No one is above or below you so you do not have to worry about noise. Tenants responsible for gas and electric
