We always have really great rent specials going on for our 12 month leases. We do offer a shorter lease term of 7 months as well. All of our units were updated in 2005 and they are all electric. Our 2 bedroom 1 bath units come with a very large livingroom area and a stackable washer and dryer already provided for you.
