No paper thin walls which means you do not hear everyone around you! Many comments I received from most visitors was if anyone lives above or next to me! This was our home for over 6yrs so we know the building area and many tenants. You will love it! A background and credit check is required prior to signing a lease (no exceptions). It is a nice smaller building with 5 floors and about 19 units. Residents are great and we would like to keep it that way! Our board allows renting and most of the buildings around us do not (something you should verify before signing a lease with other rentals around the area).
