Just a 25-minute walk or 3-minute drive from Will Rogers Beach, our comfy home has a driveway basketball hoop, ping pong table, books, chess table, and piano. We have a lovely front yard bounded by roses, a small vegetable garden, and a happy vibe. (We're also elder-friendly, as two bedrooms, 1.5 baths are on the ground floor.) This home is well loved, and we're looking for responsible tenants who will treat our house as their own home. Note: Rental is available for bookings of one month or more, ending Nov 1, 2024. Minimum one-month rental, up to three months. We have a two-car driveway, and we allow a well-trained dog (but no cats, due to severe owner allergies.) Owner pays water, heat, a/c and internet/cable.
