The unit will be rented unfurnished. Kitchen appliances are the same as in the pictures, except the microwave is not warming up food (vent and light ok). Windows have blinds instead of curtains as in the pictures. Building is clean, well kept with regular janitorial service, has an elevator, and coin laundry (not fancy, ~$2 for one load of wash and $1 dry) in laundry room. Great residents in the building. For those who work at UCSF, there are UCSF shuttles at the 16th Street Bart station. Caltrain is 12 biking away, and tech bus stops are nearby. Super convenient location close to most things, either with or without cars. Only 2 occupants max allowed. Renter responsible for PG&E and internet. Besides the common internet service provides, the building already has Monkey brain internet set up. Their service is fast (about 400-500Mbps) and costs only $100 paid every 3 months. Water is included in HOA, paid by owner.
