Cooler cleaner air up here. Year round flowing creeks, camp grounds, and picnic areas. Super easy access while still living in the mountains. Only seven miles from I-15 freeway exit Sierra. The drive up the canyon is always invigorating with beautiful view of mountains. Fontana, Rialto, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino 12 to 20 minutes away. Beautiful Sierra Lakes shopping center with Costco, Lowes, Ralphs, Home Depot, golf course, coffee, and restaurants about 15 minutes away. About an hour to Orange county or LA area. Close to ski resorts too...Wrightwood is 33 miles about 40 minutes just right up the hill. 3000 foot elevation--snows occasionally but rare--go three or four miles up canyon after a good winter storm and you are in winter wonderland of pristine wilderness. A four minute drive up canyon any day of the year and you are in National Forest stunning wilderness. Keep going all the way up canyon and you are at the back side of Mt. Baldy. Fun fire roads everywhere connect to the Mojave desert and San Bernardino Mountains/Big Bear. Awesome area for jeeping, hiking, motorcycle riding and photography! Lytle creek flows year round through this little neighborhood--even during drought years. Nice mountain view--you can see Bonita Falls from back corner of property--nice place to relax.
