You can see Barclays, bits of Manhattan, the East River, Staten Island, and even the top of the Statue of Liberty. The building was finished in 2017, so it has brand new appliances and amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Ceiling is tall and the window is huge, making the apartment feel much bigger and open. In-unit washer/dryer and large closet. Building is right on the corner of Vanderbilt and Dean, with tons of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Very short walk to the C, 2/3, Q, B, and all of the Barclays subway lines. Gym with brand new equipment and a yoga studio included in the rent. Outdoor roof deck with incredible views of the city and a grill. Lounge area with couches and tables for working or hosting large groups. I honestly would not be leaving this apartment or building if I was staying in New York - its a great place to live!
