We are flexible in our move out day and could leave as soon as this month or as late as the end of October. The current lease runs until the end of July 2021. The monthly rate is $5,300 per month, but with the free month's rent (or security deposit) this equates out to $4,818 for the remainder of the lease. Please note we are willing to leave any of our terrace furniture if it is desired. Whatever the new tenant does not want we will properly dispose of.
