The card loader is in the office within walking distance. Trash: There's a big dumpster inside the garage. Don't have to go outside to take the trash out. Elevators in the building. Pretty accessible, but the loft isn't. 952 sq feet with the loft. Spiral staircase to the upper area. It's a lovely unit, stays VERY warm (we almost never need to use our heat, but it does get hot in summer). Great view, spacious porch, nice and bright. There's a pool that's well kept (if not super large) and we are less than a minute to the park. It's great if your dog doesn't bark, or if you have a cat.
