The pool is absolutely amazing and the main reason why we bought the condo. You have a beautiful view on the 15th floor and you can enjoy it from a large balcony. It's also a great place to barbeque while you have friends over. The property is located close to 395, 495, and the metro. So you can get to DC, Arlington, Old Town Alexandria, and Tysons very quickly. There is a shuttle that takes you to and from the metro as well. Also, the parking is reserved in the garage so your car rarely gets dirty. There is a great gym, locker room, sauna, 2 private tennis courts, a private dog park, and lots of trails for biking, walking, and/or running. The condo is a spacious and stylish 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer in the unit, garage parking, a large outdoor balcony, and big walk-in closets. Come see it for yourself. We do not allow pets or smoking in the property. One year or more as needed.
